Audience hired as social media partners, but took on the additional responsibility of supplementing the franchise sales department through the use of social media. Leveraging new and existing social assets, Audience targeted top performing independent brokers and agents in key expansion markets. This strategy ensures that when Engel & Völkers open conversation with potential new franchises, the new franchises are already familiar with the brand's distinction and pedigree.

From a consumer perspective, our revamped content and paid strategies have resulted in greatly increased reach and exposure of the Engel & Völkers brand among potential buyers and sellers. With just a modest paid media budget we have increased the brand reach 130% since taking over the account.
