  4. Designed and implemented changes to the salesforce configuration evaluate and score leads to properly move them through the funnel and create the right moment for handoff to sales.

  5. Built a lead generation scorecard that measured the performance of content over time and compared performance to projections developed in the audit.

Result: In less than a six months, Glenmede was generating specific leads for each of the three target audiences identified in the audit.
